I’m Hon Kha Heng (Haandrawang Purwanto), a Jakarta-based photographer who has been actively exploring photography since 2020. My passion lies in street photography and black-and-white visuals. My work is inspired by the visual storytelling of Fan Ho and Henri Cartier-Bresson, whose ideas about the decisive moment taught me that one second can carry a lifetime of meaning—if you know how to see it.
Beyond the streets, I’m deeply involved in documenting Buddhist events across Indonesia. I’ve contributed as a volunteer and collaborator with organizations such as the Sangha Theravada Indonesia, where I worked on Indonesia Tipitaka Chanting live stream productions. Currently, I teach photography at Atisa Dipamkara Vocational High School and am pursuing a Master's in Digital Talent Management at Telkom University.
